Mr. Cruz has been a Member of the Homeland Defense Neighborhood Improvement Bond Board    since 2002. In addition to working for the U.S. Postal Service for 28 years, Member Cruz is very active in the community, and has been appointed to several City and County Boards, including the Civil Service Board, the Allapattah Business Development Authority, and the Safe Neighborhood Oversight Board.
