responsible bidder, and the City
Manager has accepted the
Recommendation of Award for this

$3,570,000 that is unencumbered,
available and allocated for this
project. This amount is not
CIP’s official cost estimate for
the work, but is the budgetary
constraint established for this
contract. Submission of a bid
under the maximum budget is not
a guarantee of contract award
and cannot be interpreted as an
appropriate or awardable bid
amount.
