The City of Miami is in the process of developing a
"Citizen Portal" which will allow citizens to customize
their governmental web experience to meet their diverse needs.

- Customized 'My Neighborhood' feature

What is 311? 311 is a customer service and
information center for City of Miami and
Miami Dade County, where individuals can
easily access their local government. If
you are requesting service you will
receive a tracking number and a time
commitment from the department advising
when the request will be completed. You
can also call 311 to get an update on
your request.
The system being used for the 311 Call
Center is the Motorola 311 CSR system. |
