Steering Committee Mission Statement:

• Reviewing and approving major technology projects based on a sound business evaluation.
• Establishing the priorities of major projects.
• Allocating resources of time, personnel, and equipment to meet the needs of these projects.
• Approving major software development and/or hardware and software acquisitions.
• Setting the goals and scope of a disaster recovery and business continuity plan based on a sound business evaluation.
