City of Miami Parks Invite Residents to the Miami Health Fitness Nutrition and Sports Expo
Sponsored by the Miami All Stars, the expo will provide attendees with the opportunity to participate in basketball, tennis, volleyball and fitness competitions.
Nutrition talks and training demonstrations will take place and for youth who have a dream of getting a college scholarship, college and advance training information will be available.
The schedule includes
• Basketball 3-on-3 Hoop It Up! competition, for ages 12 to 20 and above.
• Basketball Dunking Contest
• NBA Fit - Test your fitness level like the pros do
• Youth Tennis Demonstrations
• Volleyball demonstration
Prizes and giveaways will include Nike shoes and Florida Marlins tickets.
