Commissioner Francis Suarez, District 4, Holds a Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Coral Gate Park Community Building

 


(Miami, FL    May, 31, 2011)—City of Miami Commissioner Francis Suarez, District 4,  along with area neighbors and city administrators will hold a Groundbreaking Ceremony, Wednesday, June 1, 2011, at 10:00am, for the new Coral Gate Park Community Building, at 1415 SW 32 Avenue.

 

The Capital Improvements project consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment for the construction of a new community building of approximately 4,600 square feet. It also includes a new parking lot, landscaping, demolition of the existing building, and new playground.

 

Commissioner Suarez expressed, “This Community Center will enrich the neighborhood and serve all members of our community by providing services that have never been provided to this area.”

 

The anticipated time of completion is approximately 14 months.
