Movie Night At City Hall Returns July 29 with the Environmental Documentary Film “How To Boil a Frog”

Miami, FL – July 5, 2011 - The Movie Night series returns to Miami City Hall with the free screening of the environmental documentary “How To Boil a Frog,” by Canadian filmmaker and environmental activist Jon Cooksey. The film will be shown inside City Hall on Friday, July 29, at 6:30 p.m.

Cooksey, who describes himself as a screenwriter and comedian, stars in and narrates this “eco-comedy” that centers on global warming as a personal concern and not just a global one. Quirky and funny, the film presents the audience with interesting recommendations for people can get involved to do something about climate change. Movie Night is underwritten by local sponsors and this film is brought to you by Coconut Grove Pharmacy. There is no charge for admission to this event and free popcorn will be served before the start of the movie. Parking is available at City Hall at no cost. Services for the hearing impaired are available with at least one day’s notice – please call the District 2 office to make arrangements.
