Office of Zoning has a New Satellite D.E.R.M. Office

September 27, 2011)The Office of Zoning now has a DERM (Miami
Dade County Department of Environmental Resources Management)
representative.
In an effort
to better serve our customers, the Office of Zoning, located at the
Miami Riverside Center, 444 SW 2nd Avenue, 4th
Floor, now has a D.E.R.M. representative on
Monday, Wednesday and Friday
from 9:00am 3:00pm.
The DERM representative is available for Certificate of Use (CU)
inspections when applicable as well as answering any minor questions
from customers.
The Office of
Zoning is open to the public from 8:00am 3:00pm, Monday Friday.
