FREE WORKSHOP FOR PERSONS LOOKING TO BUY AN AFFORDABLE HOME IN LIBERTY CITY |

Government subsidies available now to help you buy your own home |

(Miami, Florida October 25, 2011) –
The
Liberty City Community Economic Development
Corporation, in conjunction with Bank of America, will be holding a
free Homebuyer Workshop on Saturday, October 29, 2011, at
the Hadley Park Community Center, 1350 NW 50 Street, for those
persons interested in purchasing an affordable home in Liberty City.
Income eligible persons/families could potentially qualify for
up to $85,000 in federal
subsidies towards the purchase of an eligible primary residence via
the City of Miami’s First-time Homebuyer Program.
The workshop will allow interested persons to review what mortgage their
household can afford based on their income, how to obtain a
mortgage, and what government subsidies are currently available to
help them make their purchase.
The
workshop will also provide information on eligible properties
currently for sale in the area including single-family homes where
an eligible buyer can potentially need only a $10,000 first mortgage
to purchase the property.
