NOTICE OF SPECIAL CITY COMMISSION MEETING
The purpose of this special meeting is to consider the following: (1) an emergency ordinance amending Chapter 62, Division 6, entitled “Billboards” of the City Code; (2) a resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a settlement agreement with South Florida Equitable Fund, LLC., ET AL.; and (3) a resolution of the Miami City Commission modifying the policy expressed in Resolution No. 09-0451, concerning the pilot program allowing 1,000 foot spacing of outdoor advertising signs along expressways in the City of Miami. No other business shall be conducted outside of that for which the special meeting is called.
