The City of Miami is pleased to announce the launch of the 3-1-1 non-emergency call center, a new way to serve you better. Just pick up the phone and dial 3-1-1 for information about City services.


Call 3-1-1 for:

  • Answers in English, Spanish and Creole

  • Personal service 5 days a week, Monday-Friday 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

  • 24-hour information during emergency events such as hurricanes

● Abandoned vehicles
● Illegal construction
● Illegal business
● Illegal signs
● Illegal dumping
● Chickens

Public Works Issues

●Tree trimming requests

Solid Waste Issues

3-1-1 is not for 9-1-1 emergencies like a crime in progress, a burning building or a medical emergency.You may not be able to connect to 3-1-1 from pay phones or through certain business phone systems.If you call 3-1-1 and cannot connect, call (305) 468-5900
